Terms and Conditions for Future Leaders Scholarship Fund (FLSFund.com) Effective Date: 19th January 2024

1. Introduction Welcome to FLSFund.com, the official website of the Future Leaders Scholarship Fund. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and FLSFund.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the FLSFund.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

The Site provides an online platform to support and promote educational advancement through scholarships. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to read these Terms and Conditions carefully and understand each clause fully. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

3. Scholarship Application and Administration Fee

Application Process The Site offers various scholarship opportunities for eligible students. To apply for these scholarships, you must complete the application process, which includes submitting personal, educational, and, in some cases, financial information. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the application process is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in disqualification from the scholarship program.

Administration Fee

Fee Requirement: A non-refundable administration fee is required for processing each scholarship application. This fee covers administrative costs associated with the application process and is not a guarantee of scholarship award.

Payment Terms: The administration fee must be paid at the time of application submission. The fee amount will be clearly stated on the Site. Payment can be made through the available online payment methods. By submitting your application and completing the payment, you agree to these terms.

Non-Refundable: The administration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the withdrawal of your application, rejection of your application, or cancellation of the scholarship program.

Receipt of Payment: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of payment. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

Scholarship Awards

Selection Process: Scholarship recipients are selected based on the criteria set forth for each scholarship. The selection process is competitive and subject to the discretion of the scholarship committee.

Notification: Successful applicants will be notified via the contact information provided during the application process. If you are awarded a scholarship, additional information and instructions will be provided.

Conditions of Award: Scholarship awards are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated to recipients. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the revocation of the scholarship.

Liability

Decisions Final: All decisions made by the scholarship committee regarding the selection of scholarship recipients are final. Decisions are not subject to appeal or legal challenge.

No Obligation: Submission of an application and payment of the administration fee does not create an obligation on our part to award a scholarship to any applicant.
